M-56 Universal Small Arms Ammunition Pouch. The standard ammo carrier for Vietnam. Three conditions available. G condition are rough, but serviceable. They have seen heavy use and fading, and most have repairs or small holes and may be missing the suspender strap. Perfect "Field Grade." The VG are in overall VG used condition with typical fading and wear from moderate usage, may be missing the suspender strap, but no major damage and completely functional. The EXC are in excellent condition showing only very light signs of use and or storage wear. Priced per pouch. G

M-56 Pocket, Ammunition, Pistol, .45 ACP, VN Dated. New Old Stock. Holds two .45 magazines and has alice clips on the reverse. Clear 1969 DSA date. Unissued condition with minor verdigris on snap as is normal for these items.

M-56 Cover, Water Canteen. NOS condition are unissued, stone cold mint from the original bundles. VG show moderate use and some fading, but are free from defect- a nice used cover. G condition are rough, but serviceable. They have seen heavy use and fading, and most have repairs or small holes / tears. Some have one broken snap, but all are serviceable and will carry a canteen. Perfect "Field Grade". VG are free from any major defects, have decent color and are in solid used condition. EXC have minor signs of wear (such as a line from a canteen cup) and nice color. NOS are in unissued condition.

M-56 Individual Field Pack This is the early version of the M-56 Field Pack. It is slightly smaller and more square than the later M-61 Field Pack and it does not have the rubber collar liner. Most have more wear than the photo to the left and have seen hard use, but they are complete with all straps and are free from any major defects.

M-61 Individual Field Pack This is the later version that has the rubber collar liner and is larger than the M-56 version. this is the most common field pack in the mid to late 60's. Two grades available. G/VG used and EXC/NOS condition.

USMC Field Gear

USMC M-1941 Haversack. These are the standard pack as used by Marines from WWII through Vietnam. Packs are in VG+ to EXC used condition. They are complete and still have the tail strap intact. Some have some unit markings / stencils. VG+/EXC- $75.00
USMC M-1941 Suspenders. These are absolutely NOS right out of the original box in bundles. All are mid / late 1960's. NOS $15.00
US Army Suspender Pads. These are the late WWII Army pads that were commonly used by the USMC during the Vietnam War. Simply run the M-1941 Suspenders though the straps on the pads. Priced per set. NOS $10.00
USMC Strap Set. These are the Mitchell Pattern Camo straps that are used to secure the sleeping gear etc. Straps are 36" long and come in a set of two. NOS $10.00
USMC Canteen Covers. These use the M-1910 wire hanger. First grade is EXC used condition. VG show use but still have decent color and are free from defect. G condition are rough, but serviceable and have seen heavy use and fading, and may have repairs or small holes. Perfect for hanging from your M-55 vest. Priced per cover. G

M-61 USMC Pocket, Ammo, Mag, M-14 Rifle. Standard USMC ammo pouch for the M-14, holds one magazine. These have the fastener in the rear to secure to the M-61 Belt. Priced per pouch. NOS $15.00
USMC Three Cell Grenade Pouch. These have the leg ties and M-1910 hook on the back. Often seen in use with the Marines in Vietnam suspended from the M14 pouch. Most are dated 1967. EXC/NOS $35.00
M-1942 Carlisle Bandage Pouch. These are the standard WWII / Korean War Bandage Pouches commonly seen in use by advisors during the early years of the Vietnam War and also seen in use by Marines due to the convenience of the hook attachment. Please specify OD or Khaki when ordering. EXC $20.00
USMC M-43 E-Tool Cover. These are for the M-43 entrenching tool. Used by the Marines in Vietnam. These have the adjustable M-1910 hanger on the back so you can fasten them to your M-41 Haversack. VG $10.00

Carabineer, USGI. These are the standard USGI Carabineers as used in Vietnam. These are post war dated, but all are US marked. VG+ $12.00
Sodium Bicarbonate. These sodium bicarbonate packets were used to treat burn victims. Standard issue in the USMC Jungle 1st Aid pouch and commonly found in M56 pouches with the dressing. 1965 dated master cartons. Priced per packet. NOS $3.00
Map Case. These are USGI issue cotton canvas map cases. Post war dated, but exactly the same as 60's production. Handy for maps, pens, photos, etc. NEW $30.00
M-17 Gas Mask Bags. Overall VG used condition. Complete with carrying straps, etc. intact. VG $12.00
XM-28 Gas Mask Bag. These are the late 60's bags for the riot control gas mask. Bags are waterproof and perfect for carrying valuables such as a camera or cell phone at an event. Bags are in EXC condition, but most have a lot number written on them. EXC $20.00
General Purpose Strap (Most 50's dated). These are in EXC condition. Most still have the protective coating on the hardware. EXC

Hard to Find / Limited Availability

Poncho, Heavy Rubberized. These are the standard heavy rubber hooded ponchos as used in the late 50's and through the 1960's / 70's before the ripstop ponchos were common place. EXC+  condition are free from any damage, are clean and about as close to new as you can find. EXC+ $65.00

Poncho Liner, ERDL, Center Seam. Perfect for actual use and reenacting. G condition may have some repairs, small holes, missing ties, etc. and colors faded, but the all important center seam is present.

Pneumatic Mattress (80's dated) Same as VN, but has an added inner liner, so it feels thicker. It looks identical when inflated. These are VG used condition and will work for a while, but likely will not hold air over night. No guarantees on air mattresses.
