There were two variants of this bag designed during the Vietnam War. One heavy canvas and one vinyl. For sale we have an unissued canvas variant. The bag can hold a 100rd belt of linked 7.62mm and attaches to the M60 magazine bracket. You typically find these used in aviation units and there are also photos of SEALS, etc. using them. They have gotten harder to find in past years and this example is unissued.
