  • We have a small lot of vintage, American Red Cross Volunteer Uniforms as worn by "Donut Dollies" during the 1960's and 70's. These are not easy to find these days and these are actually in human sizes. We will give the label sizes below as well as the chest size measured at the arm pit straight across and at the waist. These are the correct, vintage style zip front with patch pockets. Two have later style volunteer patches (most of the Vietnam era dresses have a round shoulder patch) and one has no patch at all, but still has the original tag on the zipper. These would be great to display or to wear to a living history event. EXC Used Condition, Marked Size 16. Measures 19" chest and 17" waist. Patch on Chest. EXC Used Condition, Marked Size 14. Measures 20" chest and 19" waist. Patch on Chest. (it is the biggest even though marked smaller than the 16) NOS. Unissued with tag. Marked Size 10. Measures 18" chest and 16" waist. No Patch, includes neckerchief style head cover. Learn More

  • This is an excellent reproduction ERDL Flight Suit made with our old Poplin ERDL fabric. The suit was made in the K2B style with Talon zippers and blackened snaps by Birdie Huang of US Country In Taiwan. The craftmanship is outstanding and every attention to detail was paid. The suit is marked a Large Short and measures 46 at the armpit, 41 at the waist tabs, 33 sleeve length, 28 crotch to ankle (the crotch sits low) and 60 collar to ankle. This is well suited for someone that is a short or regular length and will easily work up to 5'10". Unworn / Unwashed condition. Incredibly nice piece and these were rare at the time when he made them 12 years ago. Thinning out my personal collection. Learn More

  • With Parachutist Helmet production stopped in early 1945, there was a need for M-1C Parachutist Helmets late in the war for the preparation for the Invasion of Japan and you the 11th ABN grabbed up as many helmet liner as they could. This is where many of the "rigger modified" helmet came from. There were also new, factory production Type II liners made between the end of WWII and the early 50's but the 11th ABN and the 82nd still had demand for Type II Parachutist Helmet liners. As a result, contracts were issued to convert existing stock to Type II liners. This helmet set is an example of a Type II Conversion fulfillment piece. The liner is a WWII Capac with steel rivets used for the A yokes and an early lightly marked web chincup. The helmet is factory repainted front seam with light texture vs heavier cork and the ABN chinstraps have green painted hardware. Josh Murray took a look at it and agreed it is a nice, solid example of a Type II Postwar contract fulfillment helmet and is likely a factory matching set with shell and liner. This set came from the estate lot of a retired Navy Seal who served from the early 70's through the 90's. Not sure where he came across it or what the story is, but it came from his storage unit.
