M-56 Individual Equipment Belt, Horizontal Weave, size Long. Also referred to as a pistol belt. The horizontal weave belts were made from 1956 through 1965, though production overlapped with the vertical weave belts which began in 1962. The Long belt is marked for over a 36" waist, but will fit up to about a 46" waist.
