Helmet Cover, Mitchell Pattern, Original. These covers are in overall good to very good used condition. These covers had damage (wear holes along seams, helmet rim wear, etc.) and were professionally machine repaired. They have some heavy stitching on the repairs to keep them serviceable. The condition varies some as do the repairs, but I tried to show some typical examples. There is plenty of life left in these and they would be good for a "salty" field helmet.
